1. Who we are

WALFREZUM is operated by WALFREZUM MARKETING LTD (company number 17537749), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Office 2142, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom ("WALFREZUM", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you create an account, subscribe to a plan or buy AI credits. By doing so you accept them.

2. The service

WALFREZUM is online software that turns a short written brief into landing pages and funnels. Its AI writes copy, lays out pages, creates variants for A/B testing and can automatically send traffic to the variant that converts best. Access is provided through the WALFREZUM web app. Nothing physical is delivered.

3. Your account

Creating an account is free and does not start a paid subscription. You must give accurate details, keep your login secure and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to it.

4. Plans and billing

• Starter (£19/month): up to 3 active landing pages and your own custom domain.
• Pro (£49/month): unlimited landing pages, A/B testing and pixel integration.
• Studio (£99/month): multiple brands, team access and export to client.

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Plans are monthly subscriptions: the first payment is taken when you subscribe and the plan renews automatically every month, on the same date, at the price shown at the time, until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel before it applies. If a renewal payment fails we may pause paid features until it is resolved.

5. AI credits

AI credits are prepaid units of AI usage. They are used when the AI generates a page, regenerates a section or creates an A/B variant. Credits are sold in packs of 100 (£10), 300 (£27) and 1,000 (£80), or in any amount at £0.10 per credit in blocks of 10. Each credit purchase is a one-off payment: it is not a subscription and never renews. Credits are linked to your account, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and stay available while your account is open.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: you keep access until then and you will not be charged again. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Ownership of generated content

• Your content. The briefs, text, images, logos and other material you upload remain yours.
• Generated content. The pages, copy and other output the AI generates for your account belong to you, and you may use, edit, publish and export them for any lawful purpose. We do not claim ownership of them.
• Licence to us. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display your content only as needed to provide the service to you.
• Our platform. The WALFREZUM software, templates, interface and brand remain ours. Studio's export to client lets you hand pages and results to your clients; it does not transfer rights in the WALFREZUM platform itself.
• AI output can be similar to output generated for other users, and we cannot guarantee it is unique.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you publish. Before a page goes live you should check that its claims, prices and offers are accurate and lawful, that you have the rights to any material you add, and that your use of pixels, cookies and personal data on your pages complies with UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and any other law that applies to your visitors.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use WALFREZUM to publish misleading, fraudulent, infringing or illegal content, to imitate another business or person, to collect data under false pretences, or to try to break or overload the service. We may suspend a page, or your account, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

10. A/B testing and results

A/B tests compare variants using the traffic you send to them. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversions, revenue or other results, and the automatic choice of a winner is based on the data available at the time.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep WALFREZUM and the pages it hosts available and secure, but we cannot promise they will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you and you may cancel.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

13. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. When an account is closed, published pages are taken offline and we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it as described in our Privacy policy.

14. Support and complaints

15. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
