1. Who we are
WALFREZUM MARKETING LTD (company number 17537749), registered office Office 2142, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom, is the controller of the personal data of our customers and website visitors. Contact: [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. Two kinds of data
- Your data as a customer: details of the people who create and use WALFREZUM accounts. We are the controller of this data.
- Your visitors' data: data collected on the landing pages you publish with WALFREZUM (for example form submissions, page views, clicks used for A/B tests and heatmaps). For this data you are the controller and we act as your processor under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
3. What we collect about customers
- Account details: name, business name, email, login details.
- Billing details: plan, invoices, billing address. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
- The briefs, content and settings you create in the app.
- Usage data: how you use the app, device and browser information, IP address and essential cookies.
- Support messages you send us.
4. Why we use it and our lawful bases
- To provide the service, take payments and manage your account (performance of a contract).
- To keep WALFREZUM secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product (legitimate interests).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To send you product news, only if you agree (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. How we process your visitors' data
- We process it only on your documented instructions, to host your pages, run A/B tests, measure conversions and show heatmaps.
- We do not sell it, use it to market to your visitors ourselves, or combine it with other customers' data.
- Pixels and tags you connect send data to the platforms you choose; you are responsible for obtaining any consent needed for them and for telling your visitors about them.
- We help you answer your visitors' requests and will tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting them.
6. AI processing
Your briefs and page content are processed by AI providers to generate copy, layouts and variants. They are used to provide the service to you and not to train AI models shared with other customers.
7. Who we share data with
We use carefully chosen providers (sub-processors) for hosting, payments, AI processing, analytics and customer support, under written contracts that protect the data. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it. A list of sub-processors is available on request.
8. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, we rely on adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or other appropriate safeguards.
9. How long we keep data
- Account data and content: while your account is open, and up to 30 days after closure.
- Billing records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes.
- Visitors' data: while the page or test exists, or until you delete it, and no longer than 30 days after your account closes.
- Support messages: up to 2 years.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, logging and regular backups. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login safe and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
11. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL]; we reply within one month. If you visited a page built with WALFREZUM, please contact the business that published it first, as it controls your data. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
12. Cookies
Our website and app use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. We use analytics or marketing cookies only with your consent, which you can change at any time.
13. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
